Here are some helpful tips to access your Tax Return

  • To access your tax return, you should reference the link you received in the original SafeSend Returns email from us. To locate this in your Inbox or Deleted emails, you’ll want to search for the sender noreply@safesendreturns.com. Once you find that email, please flag and save it for future reference. If you are unable to locate your original email, please call our office at 908-879-4332 so that we can resend that link to you.
  • Instructions for downloading and saving an electronic copy of your tax return can be found in the link below. For security reasons, we recommend saving any documents containing your personally identifiable information on a flash drive rather than on your PC. We also suggest storing that flash drive in a secure location.

  • If you’re using a tablet or smartphone, you might not be able to download and print your return while you’re reviewing and electronically signing. Don’t worry though—you can always download and print your return from your personal computer later. SafeSend Returns securely stores your documents for you to access for 7 years.
     
  • SafeSend Returns has added a helpful new feature called SafeSend Steve. By clicking on SafeSend Steve within your portal, you will be provided with simple instructions for working through each item on that screen. We believe SafeSend Steve answers many of the questions you might have about the SafeSend Returns process. However, if you still have questions, we are here help!
